What’s included:

Dumpster: We will provide a 16 yard roll off dumpster with a maximum weight allowance of 1 ton (2000lbs).

Delivery & Pick up: We’ll come to your location and pick up your unwanted items.

Weight Allowance: The listed weight limit is included in the rental price. Any excess weight will incur additional charges.

Rental Duration: The dumpster will not be unloaded for this service. Items being disposed of should be ready to be loaded up, taking no more than 60 minutes to load.

What’s included:

Delivery & Pick up: We’ll drop off the dumpster at your location and pick it up when you’re done.

Weight Allowance: The listed weight limit is included in the rental price. Any excess weight will incur additional charges.

Rental Duration: This is a seven day rental period.

Additional Charges & fees:

Extra Pick Up & Returns: If you have filled your dumpster prior to the end of your rental and would like it dumped and then returned, there will be an additional fee of $150.

Extra day: We understand that sometimes, projects take longer than expected. If you need to keep your dumpster longer than the agreed rental period, please let us know as soon as possible. Extra day charges, of $30 per day, will be added to your final invoice.

Excess Weight: If the dumpster exceeds the included weight limit, a charge of $0.10 per pound over the allowance will apply. For example, if your dumpster weighs 2,200 lbs (200 lbs over the 2,000 lb limit), the charge will be an additional $20 ($0.10 x 200 lbs).

Prohibited Items: Hazardous materials (e.g., chemicals, paint, electronics) are not allowed in the dumpster. Disposal of these items may result in extra fees or penalties.

Permit Fees: If the dumpster is placed on public property and requires a permit, the cost of the permit will be the customer’s responsibility.
